This photo was taken on a trip from Nevada (where I live) to Colorado, specifically in the Nevada Desert right before the Utah border.
I've grown up my whole life in a landscape like this, Vegas is a vast desert, with more to it then just the night life and sprawling busy strip. It's more then the sin it advertises. To me the desert is one of the most breathtaking and beautiful places of all.
My girlfriend
told me I should post this when I showed her pictures of the trip about a month ago. The trip itself was taken in July of 08 as was the picture.
